We are Lola and David, holiday rental entrepreneurs since 2013 in Gran Canaria, we started with our own flats. As a result of this experience we decided to turn our hobby into our profession.

Who takes the photos and writes the descriptions of the vacation homes?

What happens when someone reserves my Holiday rental ?

You will receive a notification by email and Whatsapp. We will keep you informed at all times of the details of each of the reservations.

Can I keep personal belongings in my holiday property?

Yes, of course, but you must keep them in a clearly defined room or storage space, private and preferably closed to the client.

Do you give feedback after each guest's stay?

We take the evaluation of each guest very seriously. After each stay, our cleaning staff would report to us in case there was any incident. This is essential to be able to evaluate the guest, or to proceed to claim them in case of any damage. In the latter case, we would inform the owner immediately.
